Industrial visits are arranged to reputed companies like ISRO, Software firms, planetarium, Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant, Thermal Power Plant, IRE, Wind Mills, Substations, Tuticorin Airport and Harbour, RameswaramPambanPalam and various other Construction sites for practical training. Every year educational tour is also arranged to various places like Banglore, Mysore, Ootyand Coorg for the final year students. Internship training is also arranged for the students in reputed organizations like BSNL, Radio Station, Construction Company, Electricity Board & Software Industry to inculcate them in practical training.
